As a Coochie resident and registered user to this site, you can post a FREE ad under Marketplace to let people know that your properly is available for rental during the holiday.

In addition, your ad can be listed in, and your Marketplace post linked to, the Where to Stay page for a $10 fee.  Both the Marketplace post and the Where to Stay link will be disabled once you’ve rented out your property for the occasion.  That way, your details are available online only when you’re actively seeking to rent out your place.
