You’ve just done your spring cleaning and now find yourself with surplus items that you want to sell, give away or barter. Let everyone know about it in MARKETPLACE (you can even include pictures of these items in your post).
Once you’ve posted your ad here, use its unique URL (as shown by the red arrow below) to spread the word about it. All you need to do is copy and paste this URL to the e-mails you’re sending out. All your e-mail recipients need only click on that link and they will be taken to your ad posting in MARKETPLACE. It’s that easy. Really.

MESSAGES is the only area on this site where neither a registration nor a subscription is required in order to post an item.
Its use is flexible; it is intended as a space for everyone to be able to have their say on anything Coochie:
- Share your Coochie experiences - have a photo to share? or Coochie inspired you to, say, write a poem?
- Leave some tips for future Coochie visitors
- Ask questions about Coochie - someone (or many!) on Coochie may just take you up on them
- Did you grow up visiting Coochie regularly (as many Redlands kids have)? How have things changed on Coochie? Have you got old photos/memories to share?
- Use it for lost/found items while you were on Coochie
- It’s virtually whatever you want it to be ….

COMMUNITY is the discussion forum for the Coochie community. Just about any topic goes. Examples could be:
- Someone deciding on a mobile service plan wants to find out about other residents’ experiences with their own mobile services on the island
- Residents discussing issues and possible options related to vehicle parking in Victoria Point (or any other matter that concerns community members)
- A new Coochie resident seeking tips and information on various aspects of island living

It’s the space for … well, your stories. Any story. There’s a story in every step of our life journey. It can be the story of:
- How you ended up on Coochie
- Your recent holiday
- Your adventures on Moreton Bay
- What it’s like for you living on Coochie
- What inspires you
- Any of your stories that you wish to share with the rest of us

Here’s how to use CLICKED

You’ve just taken those great photos and you want to share them with others? No problem.
Post them on CLICKED. Include descriptions and narrative for maximum appreciation by others. Then include the link to your post when you send those e-mails to friends and family, telling them about your great photos. The link to this page, for example, is http://www.coochieisland.com/wp/2008/04/23/heres-how-to-use-clicked/ (which you can copy and paste from the URL space on your browser, as shown below).
